We're seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our energetic and fast-moving team. In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound calls to the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) switchboard--an essential service supporting government-operated prisons throughout England and Wales.
You don't need previous experience, as we provide comprehensive training. What's most important is your capacity to stay calm and compassionate under pressure. We're looking for people who are emotionally resilient, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to assist others, even when conversations are sensitive or challenging.
This is a part-time position of 16 hours per week, 1 weekday evening 3-8pm plus 2 x 5.5 hrs rotational shifts on both Saturday and Sunday between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
