The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat -- providing clear, accurate, and friendly assistance every time. You'll resolve issues, offer advice, and keep customers informed and satisfied.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving problems efficiently and professionally
Updating records, processing customer information, and logging calls
Explaining products and services clearly and confidently
Working with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries
Maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills -- both spoken and written
Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or retail environment is ideal
Strong time management and attention to detail
IT literacy - comfortable with CRM systems and data entry
A team player who enjoys helping people and getting results
