This is an energetic, busy and varied role supporting the centre management team, both in front of house services at the management suite and liaison with each of the centres 120+ occupiers.
The role is a blend of, occupier and customer engagement, customer facing reception duties and office-based data review and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated, and commercially driven individual with a passion for retail and have the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake regular occupier visits in order to maintain positive working relationships, gain constructive feedback and understanding.
Liaise with other centre management departments such as operational and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication between occupiers and the wider management team
Support the Retail Liaison Manager with the collection, collation and analysis of trading data such as footfall, dwell time, average spend, catchments and customer profile
Maintain an up to date list of store managers, area managers and head office contacts and develop strong links with these groups.
Work, in conjunction with the centre management team to develop and distribute any occupier information so as newsletters and emergency updates.
Encourage occupiers to participate in any sales growth opportunities such as events, promotions and marketing activities in line with the centres marketing campaign
Facilitate occupier meetings and forums, assisting the Retail Liaison Manager with their planning and delivery
Be the first point of contact for all visitors and colleagues who visit the management suite (during the periods of office based work)
Provide general administrative support for the shopping centre.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Confident communicator, energetic, self-motivated and passionate about retail.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet the daily demands of the operation with the ability to work on their own or as part of a team.
Computer literate in Microsoft applications. skills in Word, Outlook and Excel are important.
Understanding the need for confidentiality when dealing with internal and external information.
Proactive, reliable, flexible and a commitment to first class customer service.
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700
Salary - 26,320
