We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a franchised motor dealership in Watford, who will be dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone and liaising with the workshop. Good communication skills and clear manner required as part of the job entails discussing the work undertaken in the workshop and the invoice content with customers. We are looking for anyone with retail Customer Service experience and you must hold a FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE. You must be confident talking to customer face to face and on the phone and you must have good IT and numerical skills.
There is an excellent salary package on offer depending on experience, with an excellent basic on offer and a bonus opportunity to take the OTE to 26500.
