The Telemarketing Company is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Telemarketer on our Roadside Assistance campaign in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying calm under pressure, and providing excellent service over the phone to customers who may need urgent support.
Salary & Hours
12.60 per hour
Casual Contract
Start date: 16/02/2026 (3 weeks of paid training included)
35 hours per week (5 days per week)
Shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday between 7am and 8pm
Office-based in Central Brighton

Your Role
As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you will provide immediate telephone support to customers in need, helping to ensure their safety and resolve vehicle-related issues such as flat tyres, dead batteries, lockouts, and minor repairs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer calls and queries
Providing calm, empathetic support in potentially stressful situations
Responding to customer concerns and complaints professionally
Accurately entering and updating customer information on internal systems
Working with your manager and team for support when escalation is needed
Keeping up to date with services, policies, and product information
Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Speak fluent English to a business level (essential)
Have excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
Maintain a professional telephone manner
Are able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Are reliable and able to work the agreed shift pattern
Previous call centre or customer service experience is helpful, but we welcome applicants from any background with strong transferable skills.
