Customer Service Advisor
We are working with a well-established, exciting and inspiring organisation based in Leamington Spa. To recruit people into a credit control department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join an engaging and proactive team and develop their career within finance.
- Paying \xc2\xa325000 to \xc2\xa327,000. With the opportunity to increase your salary further as you progress with the business.

- Manage customers through the entire credit control process
- Be responsible for debt collection, cash allocation and query resolution
- Reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business
- Build strong relationships with customers and the company salesforce
- Consolidate invoices
- Deal with credits and recharges
- Assist the credit control team with debt collections
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have previous experience in customer service, administration or similar industry.
