We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors in our Financial Support Centre of Excellence, with a starting package of \xc2\xa323,390, this is made up of a base salary \xc2\xa321,393 along with an additional \xc2\xa3500 Flexible benefit up to \xc2\xa31497 discretionary performance related bonus.

This is a full-time role on a site-based contract combining both remote and office-based work within our Glasgow Contact Centre.

Delivering an outstanding service to our customers on every call and helping as many customers as you can.

Assisting customers to find the right financial solutions for their needs to help their financial wellbeing e.g. repayment arrangements

Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe.

Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary

Sharing best practice with colleagues, utilising our internal procedures \xe2\x80\x93 Exchanging information and collaborating within your team to share opportunities to improve, and escalating where barriers need to be removed.

Delivering on customer requests, following our processes to safely complete key updates

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:

Excellent communication skills and excellent telephone manner, questioning and listening skills.

Customer service experience within a financial service role (telephony or face to face)

You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

It would also be nice for you to have:

The confidence to share ideas and embrace new ways of working and a desire to learn new skills.

Strong teamwork with a high level of motivation and a can-do approach to work.

A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers.

Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities.

What else you need to know:

The working hours are currently between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays, you will work on rotation, 5 days across Mon to Saturday.

When in the office, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working close to the busy city centre of Glasgow, with lots of local eateries in surrounding areas. We also have car parking facilities which are on a first come first served basis.
