Customer Service Advisor
to join our busy skip office team.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails, taking bookings, and answering queries. You'll also work closely with our transport team to make sure deliveries and collections go ahead without a hitch.

What You'll Be Doing:
Answering calls and emails from customers in a professional and helpful way
Booking skips and entering details accurately into the system
Liaising with the transport team to schedule deliveries and collections
Dealing with queries and resolving issues quickly and effectively
Supporting the office team with general admin tasks
What You'll Need:
Previous customer service experience (office, call centre, or similar)
A confident and friendly phone manner
Good computer skills, including email and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in the waste, transport or logistics industry is a bonus - but not essential
