We are a family run logistics company specialising in the collection and delivery of palletised freight and parcels, members of the APC, UPN & Palletways networks. Our customer focused approach is at the centre of everything we do and we are looking to bring in a keen customer services representative to join our friendly team in Witham.
Training will be provided for the role with support staff in place to assist with the development of the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Work with the operations teams to ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained.
Review and communicate with the operations team, checking bookings, answering customers' queries and managing our customers outbound freight.
Qualification and Skills:
Good team player.
Can work under pressure.
Strong administrative skills, and attention to detail.
Essential Microsoft office experience.
Logistic experience is preferred, but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
