We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Lubricants team at Certas Energy based in our Birchwood HQ
Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm
As part of our Customer Services team, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to both new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, offering excellent opportunities for progression and further training for high performers who put customers first.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with our large commercial customers, handling inbound calls and emails, and overseeing the full customer journey. This includes processing orders, responding to enquiries, checking stock availability, answering technical product questions, and liaising with our logistics and operations teams to track orders and resolve issues. You will ensure customers are kept fully informed of any delays or changes to delivery requests.
The role also involves working closely with our sales teams, supporting them with administrative tasks such as quotations, price files, and onboarding new customers.
