Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat Accurately input and update customer information within the company database Assist customers with product or service-related issues, providing clear solutions Upsell relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and support Follow organisational procedures for complaint resolution and escalation when necessary

Skills



Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette at all times Experience in upselling products or services is preferred but not essential Multilingual capabilities will be considered a significant asset in serving diverse customer bases

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
