Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service team in Lisburn.

Our Customer Service team is made up of around 40 employees who work on an individual and team basis to deliver excellent customer service to our trade customers. Responsibilities in the team include resolving customer queries by phone and email, processing orders, administration and checking stock levels.

Our Customer Service Advisors work closely with Product Coaches, Team Managers and other departments, to develop and maintain outstanding product knowledge across our wide range of window covering offerings.

The working hours are as follows:

Week 1 - Monday to Wednesday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Thursday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.



Week 2 - Tuesday to Thursday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.



The successful Customer Service Advisors will undertake a 6-week induction and training programme. Once employees are competent in their role, they have the opportunity to work remotely 1 day a week.

Is this role for you? Do you have:



At least 1 year's experience in a customer focused role

Effective English written and verbal communication skills

High level of computer literacy including experience of Microsoft packages

Ability to work accurately under pressure and within strict deadlines

Good problem-solving ability and ability to work on own initiative

Strong attention to detail.
