in our newly built Claydon premises, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and clients--playing a vital role in their recovery journey.


You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.

Requirements



Qualifications

(any of the following):

GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths Or, minimum of 2 years' customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)

Experience

:

Customer service or contact centre experience Comfort in engaging with medical professionals and patients Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems

Skills

:

Strong verbal and written communication High attention to detail and accurate data entry Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
