Responsible To: Home First Team Leader
Salary: Grade 7 - 26,832 - 28,146 Per Annum (pro rata for part time)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Agent to join our Adult Social Care team within the Home First Hospital Discharge service.

Job Purpose:
The position forms part of our hospital discharge team and will provide advice and information to people and partners accessing our services whilst data inputting and maintaining accurate records.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to use IT systems, a person-centred approach, and experience in delivering high quality customer service. You will work alongside a committed team to ensure the highest quality of care and support is provided at all times.

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role.
  • Experience of working effectively as part of a team.
  • Able to utilise information technology
  • Organised, and able to respond to conflicting demands and to prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills with good attention to detail
We would also expect you to share and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
