We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Servicing team, someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in getting things right.
? What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the end of the phone, supporting customers with their lifetime mortgages and making sure each interaction is clear, reassuring and well-handled.
