Due to our continued success and fantastic growth, we are looking to further strengthen our team with additional Call Handlers (Virtual Personal Assistants)
As a Call Handler (Virtual Personal Assistant) you will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls on behalf of a number of different companies, taking messages and forwarding with urgency and efficiency. What should underpin everything we do is the quality of messages we sent to our clients, and the experience we provide to each caller.
Skills and Experience
Previous call centre experience dealing with a high volume of calls
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administration skills
A good understanding of how to get the best out of your PC, knowledge of word/excel and outlook would be advantageous
Ability to work well under pressure
