Position overview:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their experience is always top-notch. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. Your ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively to customer needs will be crucial to your success.
What you'll be doing:
Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning techniques.
