This role is using those skills on behalf of a well-known client to empathetically support their customers who may be in financial difficulty. Interactions are handled under our clients brand with full comprehensive training provided.

Shifts: Available for
Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
(working week is 40hrs). Please note, classroom training is initially 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri for a minimum of five weeks. Future shift patterns may cover Mon-Fri between 8am and 8pm and rotational (1 in 4) Saturday between 9am and 1pm.
Experience in customer service is required, while full training will be provided on joining. What you will require:
Call center experience
Clear CRB and a satisfactory Credit Check
Full and satisfactory employment references
Confident with the ability to work well under pressure and excellent communication skills
