Full job description:





Your Leisure are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service team based at Discovery Park, that shares our mission 'to improve the health, wellbeing, and lifestyle of everyone within our communities' as well as our vision to 'LiveBetter with Your Leisure'.


You will focus on driving sales, assist our customers with general enquiries, membership information, course subscriptions and beach huts.


You will have exceptional communication skills, proven sales and/or customer services experience, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to deal with electronic enquiries via email and social media.


The successful candidate will work on a shift basis, be required to work some evenings and weekends as part of the team to ensure the widest support to our customers and facility users.
