About the Roles - PLEASE SPECIFY IF IT IS THE 20 OR 30 HOUR ROLE WHICH YOU ARE APPLYING FOR:
We are looking for one Customer Service Agent role working 20 hours over 3 or 4 days.
We're also looking for one enthusiastic and highly organised candidate to take our System
Support Agent role, working 30 hours over 4 days. This person will primarily be working with our Internal Systems & IT Lead to carry out administration tasks on our internal systems. We are looking for a conscientious and methodical team member who can quickly learn new systems and work to a structured schedule of deadlines. The successful candidate will be organised, able to manage their own workload, and demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of tasks.
Most of our systems are bespoke to our organisation and industry, so prior experience
with them is not essential. Full internal training will be provided.
The successful candidate will also be a part of the friendly Customer Service team at
Discovery Park. Both roles will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with:
Memberships and course subscriptions
Cancellations
General enquiries
Driving sales and promoting our services and promotions
Upselling, and promotional activity calls
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
A confident, pleasant telephone manner
Strong written communication for email
A knack for picking up digital systems and using them efficiently
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
This is a shift-based role, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we provide the best
support to our customers and facility users.
