Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly proactive and communicative individual to join our team, ensuring seamless guest experiences while supporting daily operations and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly--whether it's assisting guests, handling operational updates, or contributing to our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Team Support:
Act as a key point of contact for guest queries and concerns via email, whatsapp and phone
Ensure any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Communicate with various departments and help schedule work
Facilitate communication between team members and external suppliers.
Confident speaking with potential customers and current guests over the phone.
Operational Coordination:
Support reporting, scheduling, and key operational tasks.
Ensure information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Help maintain smooth workflows across departments.
Social Media & Brand Presence:
Assist with first-response social media engagement (e.g., answering guest questions, responding to reviews).
Support the marketing team with last minute posting and scheduling
