The Company

Analogue Wonderland is a family-run and independent UK online retailer specialising in photographic film and lab services. Started by mother-son duo Paul and Mary in 2018, we have pulled together a wide range of films, developing chemicals, cameras and more - alongside an in-house lab - with the goal of making film photography fun and accessible for everyone.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to take over as our Customer Service and Experience Manager. The ideal candidate is organised and methodical, delivering fantastic customer service, while working closely with the rest of the AW organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and the Head of Operations, you will be involved in the following:

Taking inbound calls, and following up with phone calls where necessary Managing Customer Service tickets/queries - responding or assigning them to other colleagues Passing on enquiries to other parts of the company and working together to find the best result for the customer each time Maintaining our online FAQs so customers can always find what they're looking for Managing our Customer Service processes and procedures, making improvements where necessary Being an advocate for AW, with knowledge of our values to ensure we're consistently the best

Other duties will include:

Advising the management team regarding ongoing issues, or alerting them to feedback from customers that requires action

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in Customer Service (Necessary) High attention to detail (Necessary) Experience in E-Commerce (Desirable) Experience in implementing or improving systems (Desirable) Passion for film photography (Preferred)

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
