Lawntech is a small but dynamic and friendly independent lawn care company based in Wilton. We have a vacancy for a person to join our office team to provide Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Office Administration in support of the current team & Operations Manager. We are looking for full time candidates.

Job Profile

Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels, maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Managing new and existing customer enquiries and processing digitally measured quotations using specific lawn measurement software.

Updating websites on the WordPress platform, writing website blogs, social media marketing.

Supporting the team with general office administration tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

A friendly and professional telephone manner.

Experience in providing customers with a high level of service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Competence in Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as customer database management.

Marketing experience including WordPress, Social Media platforms (for business), YouTube/Vimeo and MailChimp or other communication platforms.

Good English and math skills.

A team-oriented attitude in a small, dynamic office environment.

This position is full-time, and training will be provided for the specific software used. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of office tasks and working in a friendly, supportive team.
