We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the care home and home care sectors. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage care plans will be essential in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding our services.
Assist clients in understanding their care plans and ensure they are followed correctly.
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care staff to facilitate effective service delivery.
Document client interactions and updates in our IT systems accurately and promptly.
Drive to various locations as required to meet with clients or attend meetings.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices within the care industry.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Ability to understand and manage care plans effectively.
A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between client locations.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.

The position is starting out with more hours close to full time to help support staff leave and will adjust down to part time
