Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while accurately processing and managing orders from start to finish. You'll serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
Monitor and manage order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product and service information to customers
Assist in maintaining current and accurate product and pricing information
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Familiarity with shipping logistics or international order processing
Familiar with using Unleashed inventory management software
