We're now hiring a
Customer Service & Despatch Executive
to join our friendly UK team. This is a vital office-based role, split approx. 60% customer service and order processing, 40% despatch and logistics.
What you'll do:
Manage the sales inbox and process daily customer orders
Respond to customer queries with professionalism and problem-solving flair
Despatch samples and goods via courier systems
Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and enquiries
Help maintain accurate records for stock and shipments
What we're looking for:
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and order processing software
Experience in despatch/logistics/customer service preferred
A team player with a can-do attitude
