Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.
Artist Support: Provide personalized support to artists, helping them showcase their work and manage their displays.
Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the shop's inventory and artists' collections.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Positive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
Customer Service Confidence: Confident in delivering a superior customer service experiences.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role
