- processing orders through our online shop and by email.
- preparing quotations, and following up on them by email and phone.
- opening new customer accounts, and maintaining customer database.
- building and maintaining a good relationship with customers.

- assisting the Sales Director in generating new leads, acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, and growing revenue through email marketing and digital marketing etc. as and when required.
- all other duties which may be required from time to time, including assisting team members and providing holiday cover.
Essentials Skills and Experience:
Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Administrative experience
Customer Service Skills or experience of working with people
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable Criteria:
Sage 50 knowledge/experience
SAP Software knowledge/experience (e.g. Orderwise)
