In response to a new growth strategy, LSG Purchasing are looking for a part-time Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our small, friendly team in our High Wycombe office.
ABOUT LSG PURCHASING
LSG Purchasing is a membership organisation for independently owned hospitality businesses. Free membership with us gives our members access to amazing deals and discounts from all the different suppliers they need to run their business.
As part of our growth strategy we have developed a new business running sales campaigns and outsourced customer services for a range of hospitality clients.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will be to make both customer service and sales outbound calls for our clients. You will also manage inbound customer service calls and triage accordingly.
Account management and growth
Lead generation and conversion
. Campaign management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Good command of spoken and written English
Confident speaking warmly on the phone,
ideally with experience of telephone-based customer sales and customer service
Familiar with MS Office and sales CRM systems, Pipedrive experience ideal but not essential
Sufficiently computer literate to learn our own CRM software (full training will be provided)
Reliable and professional
Some knowledge of the hospitality industry would be advantageous
The position would suit someone who:
enjoys building and developing relationships with customers over the long term
wants flexible part-time work in a role with enough 'meat' to keep them busy and engaged, but without it bleeding into their home life
a 'good job' rather than a 'mega career'
WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK AT LSG PURCHASING
LSG isn't a particularly formal or fast-paced organisation. We laugh a lot but know when to knuckle down and get our work done. Everybody works different days/hours so our communication skills as a team are pretty sharp which makes for a great dynamic.
Most of our team have worked for LSG for 8 years or more which we think is a testament to the warm environment and supportive team atmosphere.
HOURS OF WORK
We are looking for our new Customer Service and Sales Advisor to start at 15 hours per week and we can be reasonably flexible about the pattern of work. We anticipate that the role will provide the opportunity to increase working hours if desired.

Castle Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6RN.
We are unable to offer on-site parking.
