Based in our beautiful offices at Heron Valley Orchards, Loddiswell, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 4EA, Weaver Green make beautiful rugs and textiles from 100% recycled plastic bottles and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our office based customer sales team.
As a busy and growing business we are expanding our team and would like someone who is able to work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Your duties will include:
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing orders and taking payments
Providing product knowledge and giving advice to customers
Setting up new customers on our database
Tracking and tracing deliveries
Handling complaints
Upselling and recognising sales opportunities
Skills you will need:
Previous experience within a customer services role
Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
Ability to multi task and problem solve
A keen eye for attention to detail
Able to handle difficult customers in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Good IT skills
Able to work as part of a team
Work well under pressure
