YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the company and the brands we represent. Engaging directly with the brands' customer audience, you will provide accurate information to potential and existing customers, and report regular Marketing research as feedback to our managers. Our company culture's pride is to make everyone's day better.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You're a people person! You use the systems we provide to engage with every customer to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset. Full training provided.

You're passionate about excellence! Guests come to you to educate them on service or product details and you are excited to make suggestions to fit their needs.

You can learn more skills! Your skillset rocks no matter what area of the business you're in and you can easily move and develop between roles as needed.

You're an innovative problem solver! Making your customers' day is your priority and you're able to proactively resolve any concerns while sticking to company policy.

Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Experience in sales or customer facing environments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Basic knowledge of product features and benefits to assist customers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
