Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and promoting additional products or services.

Responsibilities:



- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Analyse customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications:



- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous

- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to analyse information and solve problems effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,896.01-29,769.14 per year
