About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Service & Sales Representative

. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide excellent service, and support them in choosing the right products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in person and handle enquiries in a friendly, professional manner Present product/service options clearly and confidently Explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers Process sales accurately and maintain high service standards Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary Work towards individual and team targets Maintain accurate records and follow company compliance procedures Represent the brand positively at all times

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive and proactive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt Basic IT literacy Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but
