Abacus Employment Agency are currently looking for a Customer service for one of our clients in Andover, Hampshire.

This company provides licensed establishments with their bar supply working alongside festivals and local hospitality venues.

Job role:

The right person will be working in upselling the client products to potential new clients. Providing good service to retain existing accounts and gain new ones. Taking incoming calls, dealing with customer complaints, queries and online orders.

Main duties:

  • Have the capacity to keep a strong relationship with account managers and helping them in getting new business.
  • The capacity to build relationship with new customers.
  • Have a friendly and good telephone manner
  • Be able to solve customers\xe2\x80\x99 issues.
  • The ability to upsell products would be beneficial.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Capacity to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Sales experience would be beneficial but not required.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 until 16:30 (can be flexible).

Salary: \xc2\xa322,000.00-\xc2\xa326,000.00 (including bonus which is paid in November).
