As a Customer Service Apprentice at Specsavers, you'll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores, working among a team of experienced professionals to deliver unmatched customer service every single day.
This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job - all while being supported by a welcoming, highly experienced team.
You'll gain valuable experience in admin and call centre-style tasks, such as handling customer queries over the phone, booking appointments, managing records, and supporting the day-to-day running of the store behind the scenes. It's a varied and rewarding role that will give you a solid foundation for a future career in retail, healthcare, or customer service.
Our store
Based in our North Street store in Brighton, you'll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. While this will be your main base, the role may also involve occasional travel to our nearby spoke stores in London Road (Brighton), Hove, and Portslade - giving you the chance to experience different store environments and broaden your skills even further.
