Job Overview
Mitie has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join the Total Security Management Team; the Customer Service Assistant will be based with one of our prestigious customers. This is a permanent role reporting into the Operations Manager.
Main Duties

  • Champion customer service by providing high quality information and assistance, including town centre information as required
  • Assist in the day to day operation of the Information Desk, ensuring that excellent standards of customer service and care are given at all times
  • Highlight any common issues being experienced by customers
  • To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • To promote and sell Festival Place Shopping Centre gift cards
  • To promote use of the Shopping Centre Hozah Car Park and provide assistance for customer Autopay sign ups
  • To assist customers with directions and retailer information, including special offers
  • Assist the Marketing and Duty Teams with special events and promotions as required
  • Deliver customer feedback and response to the Operations Manager

  • Provide suitable alternative if you can not deliver what the customer is asking of you
  • To communicate with your colleagues by radio in a calm and precise manner
  • Clear understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Clear, strong and confident communication skills
