We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre at Clyde Shopping Centre in August 2025. To build this cracking Clydebank team, we will be holding a Recruitment Event on 16th July 2025.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant - Party Host, you'll be at the heart of the action--welcoming guests, hosting exciting kid's birthday parties, delivering delicious food to the lanes, and keeping the centre looking its best. You'll also be a friendly face for customer questions and spot opportunities to enhance their experience.


We're looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a buzzing environment. If you love working with people, take initiative, and have a passion for delivering amazing service, this is the role for you.

Skills You Need

Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment Embrace a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, coupled with a drive to achieve excellence.
