Please note that this role will require team members over the age of 18 due to licensing law.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll:

Welcome guests with energy, warmth, and professionalism Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need during their visit Work closely with your team to keep the service smooth, timely and friendly Share your knowledge of the menu and ingredients with confidence Support with setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Help ensure health & safety and hygiene procedures are followed Pitch in with the wider team during busy periods, events, or special promotions

About You

You're someone who:

Genuinely enjoys helping people and creating great experiences Has experience in hospitality or a fast-paced customer service role (or a willingness to learn) Communicates clearly and works well with others Stays calm under pressure and takes pride in doing a great job Has an eye for detail and enjoys working in a clean, well-run environment Is flexible, friendly, and eager to be part of a growing team
