The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and manage information accurately. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills



Excellent communication skills in English. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers professionally. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not essential. Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a difference! We are open 7 days a week 9-5 , so the person need to be flexible about work schedules.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.30 per hour
