Job Description

Swagelok London | Turkiye | Caspian is part of a worldwide organisation supplying fluid system components, creating assemblies and providing services that have a significant impact on key industries such as Oil & Gas and Semiconductor in the South East of England, Turkiye and the Caspian Sea region (although experience of these industries is not required).
We sell a premium product so we're looking for the best people to join our friendly, busy Customer Service team as we seek to expand our department. We give full training and support to all our new starters and continue to develop our team on an on-going basis.

Summary of Role:
Processing high levels of quotes and orders accurately, as well as dealing with a variety of customer queries and administration, mainly through email but also via phone and online. Showing attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on your own as well as working within a team for a common goal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
