We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's appearance, managing inventory, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

This role is for PM shifts with 16 hrs available part time 4 pm - midnight Monday & Tuesday

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote special offers or events.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and nights and holidays as required.
Extra shifts/overtime available to cover sickness/holidays
