You will work directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, as well as feeding into everything from website development to what brands our customers want to see on the site. SportPursuit is growing fast internationally and we're looking for bright, talented linguists with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion.

We are currently specifically looking for a Danish or Swedish speaker to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract starting 1

November 2025, ending 28

February 2026.



This is a fully remote role based in the UK. There is a possibility to hire in Denmark or Spain - terms may differ.



Responsibilities:



As a Customer Champion you will be responsible for responding to any customer queries in your language as well as some local language copy for your market. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.

Delivery of first class customer service for our Danish or Swedish customers, by responding to customer queries through social media, live chat, email and phone. This role will also include responding to some UK and other international customer queries. Be the "internal champion" for Denmark or Sweden - perform a daily check on the website, check sales available, product available, choice of imagery etc You will help with Danish or Swedish translations including, but not limited to: sale titles, sale descriptions, marketing copy and any other onsite copy.

To be successful in this role you must have:



No specific prior experience necessary, but key requirements are:

Danish or Swedish speaker Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a great eye for detail Strong analytical and PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn complex systems Work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude Be a real people person Strong team player Have a permanent right to work in the UK

Nice to have but not essential



A love of sports and/or outdoors is also a bonus

Salary:

25,500 per annum pro rata

Please note that we currently do not hold a sponsorship license for work in the UK. We will only consider candidates with a permanent right to work in the UK, Spain and Denmark.
