Shell Service Station, Winnall, Hampshire

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, every

Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Are you reliable, friendly, and ready to deliver excellent customer service? We're looking for a

Customer Service Champion

to join our team at Shell Winnall.

What you'll do:

Serve customers at the till with a warm, positive attitude Maintain clean and well-stocked shop and forecourt areas Handle food preparation in line with hygiene standards Promote loyalty schemes like Shell Go+ Assist with fuel deliveries and ensure forecourt safety Complete daily operational checklists and follow company procedures Work independently and follow lone-working policies when required

What we're looking for:

Punctual and dependable individuals Great communication skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and take initiative A

car or reliable mode of transport is beneficial

, as you may be asked to work additional shifts at other times

with appropriate notice

Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus but not essential
