Serve as the first point of contact, supporting policyholders through the claims process.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and ensure clear, timely communication.
Experience Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with accurate data entry.
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
Customer-focused mindset with resilience in handling challenging situations.
Familiarity with GDPR and data protection practices.
A clean DBS check.
