Pay Rate: 13,780

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 20 hours per week, 3 On, 6 Off (can start as early as 3am and as late as 11pm)

Location: Bristol Airport

We're now looking for a Customer Service Colleague to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable Consistently delivering the highest customer service Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Hold a valid UK driving license (essential) Can work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays Are confident dealing with challenging situations Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills Are willing to attend a medical appointment

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:


Be able to provide five years' address history Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
