Customer Service Coordinator at The NSS Group

About the Job:
This isn't your typical desk-based role. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations -- building lasting client relationships, solving problems in real time, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects across the UK.
Your job will include:

• Accepting and processing work orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Building strong, long-term relationships with a small portfolio of clients
• Scheduling and coordinate reactive jobs and managing client enquiries
• Supporting our field operatives to ensure smooth service delivery
• Build internal relationships with different departments

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or the building industry
• Strong PC skills and confidence in learning new systems
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• The ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
