About the role:

We currently have a permanent position for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our existing team in delivering an excellent service to our customers. Dealing effectively and efficiently with customer queries, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers on the phone or by email in a professional and friendly manner, dealing with post sale customer service queries. Deal with all queries in a timely manner, meeting the customers needs and exceeding expectations. Establish excellent product knowledge and the ability to advise customers on the best products to meet their requirements. Arrange returns and replacements as required. Using our bespoke Stock Management System, update repair lists, place orders and request dispatch of items. Arrange returns and deal with any return issues or courier claims. Ensure processes are followed at all times and to the highest standards. Support other team members when needed.
Key Requirements:

Previous Customer Service experience. Previous experience of e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload. Excellent verbal and written communication. Competent in using MS Office products.
Job Type:

Permanent, full-time.

Hours of Work:

08:00-17:00hrs Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week).
