What You'll Do
Process sales orders and manage all admin elements of projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Organise outbound logistics and keep customers updated.
Handle inbound enquiries across phone, email, and chat--fast and friendly.
Join video calls with German-speaking customers when needed.
Spot opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Proactively follow up on open queries--never leave customers waiting.
Support continuous improvement and share ideas for better service.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in German - either through formal qualification or as a native speaker
Experienced in customer-facing administrative roles.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible, proactive, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
