Our Thetford Compounding Facility is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join us on a Temporary Contract ending in September 2026. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. As our primary connection to the partners inside & outside of Baxter who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results.

What you'll be doing
Customer liaison -handling internal and external calls
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers -gaining their trust and respect
Respond to email enquiries for service and products
Processing of orders received via multiple systems
Accurate data entry in multiple systems (JDE/Merlin)
Assisting with the planning of the production staff's workload
Invoicing customer orders- investigate invoice disputes/raise credits
Assist in the set up and maintenance of new codes
Adherence to Customer SLA's / failures reported to Customer Services Manager.
Able to act with a sense of urgency - acting with the patients /customers in mind
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Obtain first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services
What you'll bring
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner with all members of the unit
Ability to understand the customer needs and balance against the business requirements
Excellent attendance and punctuality history
Experience in a fast paced, challenging customer service role
Ability to work under pressure, in a team or alone
Excellent decision-making skills
Experience planning and managing daily workload
Excellent problem solving skills
