The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a large global distribution business who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their small and social team based in their UK office on Milton Park, near Abingdon.
As Customer Service Co-ordinator, your main responsibility is to provide excellent administrative support to the sales team as well as wider business functions and indeed external customers.
As well as providing administrative support, you will be the first point of contact to customers and clients for their issues and queries over the phone and via email. Therefore, effective communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Whilst Thompson & Terry Recruitment's client are a global business, they really have a small close-knit team on a local level, therefore the successful candidate must be super flexible with duties and really want to play their part to the wider business success.
